Progress monitoring is a service used when the project or production process shows delay or even quality problems. Here, VIDA inspectors regularly check the suppliers and collect information on the project and production status. In case a delay and/or quality problem persists, necessary measures will be worked out to tackle the issues on hand. This information then is reported to both parties so they can negotiate a solution.

The frequency of VIDA visits as well as the scope of inspections can be adapted to the customer’s needs. A new scope of inspection can be also proposed by VIDA inspector and, in case of client approval, VIDA will follow the new scope.
